How does Envirothon work?

Registration Process for Teams

1. As soon as you know you are going to host a team, submit a Team Registration to reserve your team's spot. You will need to confirm a primary point of contact, and can either make payment at this time or indicate that a conservation district or other entity will be making payment as a sponsor for your team. If you need to request a scholarship to cover your team's registration fee, contact us at envirothon@coloradoacd.org
2. Make sure that all members of your team complete the Participant Packet. This includes their permission forms, health information, and a digital media/photography waiver. Provide the link to team members/their parents; both participants and their parent/guardian will have to sign the electronic form. 
3. In advance of the competition, you will receive an email with a form to provide final confirmation of your student participants and chaperone(s). In order to be prepared to provide this information, please ensure that you have each student's name and t-shirt size ready.
